Just wanted to say a quick thank you for this great post - it really helped me when setting up my new hosting package with GoDaddy (my domain is handled by FastHosts).

One comment, it might be an idea to instruct Windows users to run &quot;ipconfig /flushdns&quot; from the command prompt on completion of setup - my new website wasn&#039;t being resolved until I performed this on my computer (obviously it had cached the old DNS entry).
